We are seeking a talented and experiencedSenior Landscape Architect to join our team in Dubai United ArabEmirates. As a key member of our innovative design studio you willlead and contribute to a wide range of highprofile landscapearchitecture projects in theregion.

Responsibilities:

  • Developand oversee the creation of conceptual designs constructiondrawings and specifications for diverse landscapeprojects
  • Manage project teams and collaboratewith clients architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensuresuccessful project delivery
  • Conduct siteassessments and analyze environmental conditions to inform designdecisions
  • Create sustainable and culturallyappropriate landscape designs that thrive in Dubais hotclimate
  • Prepare detailed planting plansirrigation designs and materialspecifications
  • Oversee project budgetstimelines and quality control measures
  • Mentorjunior team members and contribute to the growth of the landscapearchitecture practice
  • Participate in businessdevelopment activities including proposal writing and clientpresentations
  • Stay updated on industry trendssustainable practices and local regulations to ensure innovativeand compliantdesigns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors orMasters degree in Landscape Architecture or a relatedfield
  • Minimum of 8 years of professionalexperience in landscape architecture with a focus on projects inurban environments
  • Valid landscape architectlicense; local certification is aplus
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp AdobeCreative Suite and 3D modeling software
  • Strongknowledge of plant species suitable for arid climates andsustainable irrigation practices
  • Experience indeveloping technical proposals cost estimates and managingprojects
  • Familiarity with local environmentalregulations and sustainable design practices in theUAE
  • Excellent communication and presentationskills with the ability to articulate design conceptsclearly
