Key Responsibilities:

  3. Project Management: Oversee the implementation of landscape projects from concept to completion, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently and according to plan.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, urban planners, and engineers to integrate landscape designs seamlessly into overall architectural plans.
  5. Sustainable Design: Incorporate eco-friendly practices and sustainable materials into landscape designs to minimize environmental impact.

  9. Budget Management: Ensure that all projects remain within budget, identifying cost-effective solutions while maintaining design integrity.
  10. Site Supervision: Oversee the construction and installation of landscape elements, coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure proper execution of designs.
  11. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and sustainable practices in landscape architecture.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, preferably with projects in the UAE or similar climates.
  3. Proficiency in landscape design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and GIS) and 3D modeling tools.
  4. Strong knowledge of landscape materials, plant species, irrigation systems, and sustainable design practices.
  5. Experience with project management and coordination with clients and contractors.
  6. Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  8. Knowledge of local regulations and building codes in the UAE.
