JobDescription

  • Minimum 4 – 6 years ofexperience in maintenance and overhaul of large Steam Turbines orMajor Inspection of Industrial Gas Turbines, High-PressureIndustrial Boilers.
  • Experience in Overhaul ofLarge vertical Circulation Water pumps, Multistage high-pressureFeed Water pumps, Air & Gas Compressors, FD Fans, DieselGenerators and High-Pressure Valvesetc
  • Knowledge of the rigging of parts of largemachines and various measuring instruments and precisiontools.
  • Capability to align turbine &generator couplings or pump and motorcouplings
  • Able to read and understand machinedrawings and should be familiar with fits and tolerances inassembly of machinery

  • EngineDiagnostics: Proficient in diagnosing issues withengines, whether in vehicles, machinery, or industrial equipment,using diagnostic tools andtechniques.
  • MechanicalRepairs: Skilled in repairing and replacing parts inmechanical systems, such as engines, transmissions, and brakesystems.
  • MechanicalSystems: Knowledge of various mechanical systems,such as hydraulics, pneumatics, and complex machinerycomponents.
  • Welding andFabrication: Experience with welding, cutting, andfabricating metal parts, when necessary, for repairs or custommodifications.

  • Handand Power Tools: Expertise in using a variety ofhand tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers) and power tools(e.g., drills, grinders, impact drivers) to perform repairs andmaintenance tasks.
  • DiagnosticEquipment: Familiarity with specialized diagnostictools such as OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) scanners, multimeters,oscilloscopes, and pressure gauges to troubleshootissues.
