  • Input into the delivery of core Asset Advisory services including operational cost estimates life cycle cost analysis operational design reviews maintenance specifications and asset condition assessment.
  • Supporting the ESG Advisory business line from an asset perspective undertaking embodied carbon and whole life carbon assessments.
  • Working on marketing and business development including client presentations and promotion activities.
  • Developing the service offering including marketing activities targeting both internal and external clients and product development.
  • Carrying out technical research and data collection activities and applying analytical skills to enhance core service deliverables.
  • Interviewing client employees management team and stakeholders.
  • Preparing and facilitating workshops.
  • Conducting problem solving and strategic thinking to add value to core service deliverables.
  • Preparing and presenting recommendation papers reports process procedure and system manuals.
  • Formulating and implementing recommendations/solutions.
  • Writing technical reports in accordance with international standards.
