About theRole:

We are seeking ahighly organized and professional Administrator to join our team.This role involves a wide range of administrative duties ensuringthe smooth operation of ouroffice.

KeyResponsibilities:

    • Answerand direct phone calls
    • Manageincoming and outgoing mail anddeliveries
    • Maintain a clean andorganized reception area
    • Providegeneral administrative support including filing photocopying andscanning
    • Assist with officeorganization and maintenance
    • Manageoffice supplies andinventory
    • Coordinate travelarrangements and meetings
    • Handleincoming and outgoingcorrespondence
    • Assist with dataentry and recordkeeping
    • Providesupport to other team members asneeded


RequirementsUAENational
High School Diploma orequivalent
Proven experience in anadministrative or receptionistrole
Strong organizational andtimemanagement skills
Excellentverbal and written communication skills in both Arabic andEnglish
Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite (Word Excel PowerPointOutlook)
Ability to multitask andprioritize tasks
A positive andprofessional attitude
Attention todetail and accuracy
Discretion andconfidentiality

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.Culinary education or relevant stock certifications are a plus.Previous experience as a kitchen Commis or in a similar role withina restaurant or culinary establishment is advantageous. Knowledgein Asian/Thai Cuisine is an advantage Basic knowledge of culinarytechniques, food preparation, and cooking methods is desirable.Passion for food and a strong willingness to learn and grow in aculinary career. Strong attention to detail and ability to followrecipes and instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively ina fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining apositive and professional attitude. Excellent teamwork andcommunication skills to collaborate with the kitchen team andeffectively take direction from supervisors. Physical stamina andability to stand, bend, lift, and carry heavy objects as requiredin a kitchen environment. Flexibility to work in shifts, includingevenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Knowledge of hygieneand sanitation standards in a kitchen environment. Valid foodhandling and safety certifications are a plus.
