JOBPURPOSE


TheAssistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing dailyrestaurant operations managing and supervising the team andactively contributing to achieving exceptional service and guestsatisfaction.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervisethe food preparation and presentation process check the quantityand quality of displayed items and take necessary actions to ensurehighquality meals areproduced.
    • Manage allrestaurant operations including overseeing opening and closingprocedures conducting maintenance checks managing shifts andcoordinating with the purchasingdepartment.
      • Monitor theteams performance oversee the restaurants set targets ensure workis completed to standards of productivity quality and timelinessand reward the teamaccordingly.
        • Executevarious customer service activities including handling complaintsaddressing complex queries and investigating and resolving customerproblems.
          • Executecomprehensive assessments and evaluations of displayed items toensure both quantity and quality meet specified standards takingappropriate actions asneeded.
            • Follow theorganizations Health Safety and Environment (HS&E) policiesprocedures and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigaterisks safeguarding the environment and the wellbeing of oneself andothers.
              • Monitor dailyF&B costs oversee budget alignment with the management teamand optimize inventory and pricing strategiesaccordingly.
                • Record allinvoices in accordance with companypolicy.

                Qualifications

LANGUAGE& TECHNICALSKILLS


Language Proficiency

  • Fluencyin English.
    • Fluency inArabic is a plus.

TechnicalSkills

  • Proficiency in MSOffice.

EDUCATION


Bachelorsdegree in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management or a relatedfield.


EXPERIENCE


General Experience

Four to six years ofexperience in F&B Operations or a similarrole.

ManagerialExperience

One year of experience in amanagerialrole.
