The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the activities of the cleaning staff to ensure that cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. Department: Operations
Reporting to: Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement cleaning standards and procedures, ensuring all staff adhere to these guidelines.
  • Coach and develop cleaning staff, providing training and support as needed.
  • Schedule and assign specific duties and roles to cleaners, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of cleaning equipment to identify wear and tear and request replacements as needed.
  • Monitor and control the usage of cleaning materials to minimize waste and prevent misuse.
  • Provide assistance to cleaning staff to address challenges and ensure smooth task execution.
  • Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained to meet client satisfaction and organizational requirements.
  • Continuously monitor cleaning standards and address any deviations to maintain quality service.
