KeyResponsibilities:

  • Collaboratewith the analysis team to design develop and implement tools andapplications tailored to businessneeds.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a relatedfield.
  • 4years of proven experience in data analysis application developmentor relatedroles.
  • Strongproficiency in data analysis tools and programming languagesincluding Python andSQL.
  • Handsonexperience in designing and maintaining dashboards using tools likePower BI orTableau.
  • Excellentproblemsolving skills and the ability to communicate findingseffectively to technical and nontechnicalstakeholders.
  • Familiaritywith the real estate industry or understanding of market trends ispreferred.
  • Abilityto work collaboratively within crossfunctional teams and managemultiple projectssimultaneously.
  • Experiencewith data modeling and ETLprocesses.
  • Knowledgeof statistical analysis and machine learningtechniques.
