Job Purpose:

This role involves establishing implementing and auditingeffective Performance Management Systems within the automotivesector. The Performance Management Specialist/Executive willdevelop clear performance metrics such as KPIs OKRs and CSFsconduct regular performance reviews and ensure systems are alignedwith organizational goals and deployed efficiently using HRISplatforms.

Duties andResponsibilities of the position:

Performance Management SystemDevelopment:

  • Developand refine performance management systems aligned withorganizational objectives.
  • Establish clearperformance management policies and procedures.

Implementation and Deployment ofPerformance Management Systems:

  • Effectively implement and manage performance managementtools within the organization.
  • Deploy andmanage performance systems via HRIS platforms such as keka HR andResource INN.

Development and Monitoring ofMetrics:

  • Develop andmaintain Critical Success Factors (CSFs) Objectives & KeyResults (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) specific tovarious teams and functions.
  • Regularly monitorperformance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic businessobjectives.

Performance ReviewAdministration:

  • Schedule and facilitate regular quarterly semiannual andannual performance review cycles.
  • Ensurefairness transparency and documentation accuracy in performanceevaluations.

SystemAudit and Compliance:

  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with establishedperformance management practices.
  • Identifyareas for improvement and recommend enhancements to performancemanagement systems and procedures.

Training andGuidance:

  • Providetraining to managers and employees on effective use of performancemanagement tools and processes.
  • Advisedepartments on aligning performance metrics with businessobjectives.

Skills required at fulfill theposition

  • Proven 35 years of experience in developing deploying andmanaging performance management systems specifically in theautomotive sector.
  • Expertise with performancemanagement tools and HRIS platforms including Kika HR and ResourceINN.
  • Strong analytical skills with the abilityto develop clear and measurable performance metrics (CSFs OKRsKPIs).
  • Excellent communication facilitationand presentation skills.
  • Proficient inconducting detailed system audits and compliance checks.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolvingabilities.

Position Qualifications (Academic &Professional)

  • Bachelors degree in humanresources Business Administration Organizational Development orrelated fields. Advanced degree or professional certificationspreferred.
  • 35years of proven experience specifically in Performance Managementwithin the automotive sector.
  • Certifications in performance managementCPMP COKRP CHAMP or HR practices are advantageous.
