  • KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

FinancialCommunication

  • Develop financial PR & Mediacommunications content in collaboration with concerned businessunits. The materials include, but not limited to, announcements,press releases, speeches, and briefing documents for pressconferences.
  • Monitor and analyze financial newsand trends; and prepare recommendations on potential impact to thebusiness.
  • Prepare guidelines, procedures, andtemplates for financial externalcommunications.
  • Develop and maintain strongrelationships with internal key stakeholders (financial analystsand investors).
  • Liaise with internalstakeholders to ensure accurate and timely disclosure of financialand business-related information, in compliance with the regulatoryrequirements.
  • Support concerned business unitsin planning and coordination of the investor relationscommunication activities which include, but not limited to,investor conferences and roadshows.

  • QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE& SKILLS:

MinimumQualification

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance,Economics, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.

Minimum Experience& Knowledge & Skills

  • 8 years of experience in relevantmarketing/communications in a large organization, preferably in oil& gas industry.
  • Strong financialexpertise with an understanding of financial markets and theinvestment practices.
  • Excellent skills inwriting and editing.
  • Knowledgeable about UAElaws and ADX regulations, as well as local customs andprotocol.
  • Very detail and goaloriented.
  • Experience in conducting relevantfinancial analyses and assessments.
  • Extensiveplanning and organizational skills.
