Roles and responsibilities

My client provides maintenanceservices both B2B & B2C across Dubai. They are looking fora Business Development Manager who will nurture existing clientrelationships and identify new sales opportunities in the car careand maintenance sectors. Your goal is to develop and implementstrategies that drive growth and promote our complementary servicesto a shared customer base of over 10,000 monthly activeusers.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • ClientRelationship Management: Foster strong relationshipswith B2B and B2C clients to ensure satisfaction and repeatbusiness.
  • BusinessDevelopment: Identify and pursue new businessopportunities to enhance our marketpresence.
  • Cross-Selling:Leverage our customer base to promoteservices
  • SalesStrategy: Develop and execute effective salesstrategies to drive revenuegrowth.
  • MarketAnalysis: Analyze industry trends to identify newareas for growth.
  • TeamCollaboration: Work closely with operations andservice teams to ensure seamless servicedelivery.
  • Reporting:Regularly report on sales progress and key performance indicators(KPIs) to senior management.
