ROLEPROFILE
- Ensure thehighest levels of customer service are delivered at all times. Takeownership for customer complaints and concerns and address these ina professional, efficient and effective manner. Coach and mentorthe store teams to enhance customerservice
- Constantly assess team performanceagainst set key criteria in order to strengthen the teamskills.
- Drive sales and constantly strive toenhance business ensuring set KPI targets (such as net sales,footfall conversion, shrinkage, stock turn) are met. Createinnovative approaches to attract new customers, expand storetraffic, and enhance profitability.
- Identifykey causes of underperformance, and drive action plans to respondaccordingly through analysis and commercial awareness. Providecritical analytical feedback to the Operations, Buying and PlanningDepartments in relation to product, ranging,price.
- Ensure adherence to the "ModelStore Standards" in relation to VM, taking accountabilityfor the team understanding of the VM principles and standards.Overall accountability for compliance of subordinates withestablished Company policies, procedures.
- Plan,organize and execute in-store processes including cash intake andcash handling, stockroom and stock-take administration management.Ensure store inventory is controlled and that adequate securityexists, stock shortages are kept to a minimum,all
