In order to seamlesslynegotiate and execute contracts we are seeking a highly skilled andcertified contract Administrator. The candidate must be handson inevery stage of the contract lifecycle from drafting and negotiationto implementation and renewal. Our company firmly believes inoperating within the regulations set by the government and theboard of directors so the contract Administrator in question mustbe knowledgeable regarding the laws and regulations surroundingeach particular contract. By helping both parties meet thecontractual obligations and stipulations the ideal contractAdministrator must look at the contract lifecycle from a holisticpoint of view with accuracy objectivity andintegrity.

The Contracts Administrator (CM) willmanage and provide a full range of preaward postaward and corporatecontract administration services that will enable contractobligations to stakeholders and compliance to all applicableregulatory laws. The CM will guide the companys understanding andkeep the company abreast of client rules and regulations in orderto support compliance. This position will report to the Head ofProcurement &Contracts.
 

DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Draftmonitor and review contracts across various verticals andscales.
  • Provide essential contract managementservices by resolving conflicts providing legal advice and renewingand redrafting contracts.
  • Perform periodicreviews of the contracts in place and provide resolution serviceswhenever a situation arises.
  • Educate thestakeholders about their rights and responsibilities as per theconditions laid in the contract.
  • Establish acontract management system to regulate contractworkflow.
  • Supervise the performance of thecontract and work towards compliance with the terms and conditionsmentioned in it.
  • Communicate with internal andexternal stakeholders on the status of thecontracts. 
  • Manages contractadministration and compliance for all assignedprojects.
  • Distributes contractrelatedinformation and ensures the maintenance of contract files forassigned projects.
  • Assists with the analysisand interpretation of contracts and advises on the negotiation ofcontracts with stakeholders when draft awards arereceived.
  • Participates in project kickoffmeetings including delivering detailed briefings to the project andaccounting teams as related to administration of the contractfollowing the award.
  • Assists with theIdentification of any contractual or regulatory issues in RFPs thatmay impact potential new business opportunity review cost proposalsand ensure organizational and regulatorycompliance.
  • Participates in contract closeoutefforts and escalates to the Head of Procurement &Contracts as needed.
  • Drafts and negotiatessubcontracts and modifications in consultation with the Head ofProcurement & Contracts.
  • Assistsproject teams in the preparation of subcontract solicitationdocuments and assists in management of the solicitation process asneeded.
  • Develops negotiates and modifiessubcontracts which includes conducting a risk analysis to determineany special conditions.
  • Performs integritychecks for subcontract budgets for increase or decrease in scope ofwork and internal purpose and/or end of project pipelinebudget.
  • Draft and review teaming agreementswith subs or primes.
  • Develop templates forcapture/proposal consultant agreements.
  • Reviewand negotiate contracts with vendors asneeded.
  • Contributes to and reviews complex costproposals to ensure that the bid is compliant with the solicitationand companyspolicies.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Law Public AdministrationInternational Business or a relatedfield.

Experience:

  • 57years of relevant experience in contract management and/or businessproposal pricingpreparation.

Skills&Abilities:

  • Fluency inEnglish and Arabic.
  • Comprehensive experience incontract administration including award negotiations subcontractormanagement procurement and performanceauditing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Wordand other essential computerapplications.
  • Strong oral and writtencommunication skills.
  • Excellent organizationalskills with the ability to multitask work independently assesspriorities and manage multiple activities under tight deadlines andheavy workloads.
  • Strong contract drafting andnegotiation skills.
  • High level of accuracy andattention to detail.
  • Working knowledge ofcontract management systems orsoftware.
  • Familiarity with Oracle CRM SAP ERPMicrosoft ERP or similarplatforms.
