The Opportunity

We are looking for a Sourcing Associate to support New Energy Nexus to find and recruit global climate tech startups.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Focused on sourcing climate tech startups from around the world and onboard them into the climate tech program.
  2. Support the Program Manager and team to identify, support and deliver value to the startups.
  3. This is a short term contract (4 months) based in Abu Dhabi with the possibility of extension.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Environmental Sciences).
  2. Must have proven experience working in UAE or the Middle East.
  3. Proven experience in program management and startup ecosystem development.
  4. Excellent communication and networking abilities.
  5. Knowledge of the climate tech sector and key ecosystem players.
