The Operations/Office Manager'srole will be extremely varied, responsible for overseeing the dailyoperations and smooth running of the office. They will manage andsupervise a team of employees to ensure and improve productivityand ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to. As wellas ensuring all tasks by the team are completed efficiently andeffectively.
This role willcoordinate and collaborate effectively with outsourcing teams toensure operations are running smoothly, managing any paperwork anddocumentation, whilst ensuring to complete assigned projects withina timely manner.
The OfficeManager will engage closely within Senior Management in the LondonOffice, to develop and implement processes as well as any adminsystems. This role will handle basic HR duties such as handlingsome recruitment, conducting interviews and onboard new employees,as well as managing employee records. The Office Manager will befirst point of contact for employees in the DubaiOffice.
Otherresponsibilities for this role will be facilities management,negotiating with suppliers whilst maintaining excellentrelationships, keeping on top of contract and trade license renewaland maintenance of office supplies by checking stock and placingorders.
To be considered forthis role, it is essential that the candidate have a minimum of 3years administrative experience ideally within ProfessionalServices.
In addition to exceptional customerservice skills, excellent communication skills in English, bothwritten and verbal is required. As a proven Office Manager, thesuccessful candidate will be highly organised, a self-starter withproven experience at managing tight deadlines.
