- Prompt and courteous delivery of allorders maintaining a positive image through all each guest contactand through cleanliness of guestareas.
- Assure total guestsatisfaction in the service of food and beverage through thesupervision of prompt and courteous delivery of all Restaurants andRoom Service orders
- During shift ensure thatguests are satisfied by assisting with serving seatingcommunication with kitchen and by striving to speak to allguests.
- Assist in maintaining ahighly motivated and well trainedstaff
- Open and close shift inaccordance with ManagersChecklist.
- Train maintain and enforceall Anantara ServiceStandards
- Properly execute revenueand check control procedures onshift
- Maintain a safe and sanitarywork environment for all Associates andguests
- Gather and implement all proper toolsfor running shifts (i.e. schedules floor plans reservationschecks)
- Find solutions for problems such ascall outs last minute bookings or any other daily problems that mayarise.
- Be on the floor during entiremeal period and ensure adequate coverage

- Maintain proper Associate uniformstandards
- Manage an effective repair andmaintenance program through the use of work orders inspectionsetc.
- Exercise station rotation toensure stations are distributed fairly. Handledaily Associate relations (i.e. scheduling time adjustmentsetc.)
- Assist any Associate in his/her jobperformance when required to ensure guestsatisfaction. Assist in implementing aneffective training program for new and currentassociates
- Encourage problem solving byAssociates through proper training and empowerment to ensure guestsatisfaction.
- Establish effectivecommunication with Associates to gain their trust and respectthrough his/her hard work. Maintain fair andconsistent counseling and/or disciplinary procedures in accordancewith Anantaras Guarantee of Fair TreatmentPolicy
- Identify and recommendincentive programs new ideas and methods ofoperation
- This is a highlyvisible guest serviceposition requiring above average communication skills interactingprofessionally withguests.
Qualifications:
- College diplomain Hotel Management or related field.
- Minimumexperience of 23 years in a Food &Beverage role in luxury hotel
- Passionfor leadership and teamwork.
- Excellentcommunication skills in English
- Eye for detailto achieve operational excellence.
- Excellentguest serviceskills.
