ROLE:

Manage stockmovements: receptions transfers good issues and physical

inventories both physical and Information Systems (ERP orequivalent and tracking

systems). Ensure realtime correspondence between physical and Information

Systems.

Implement the designed layoutand ensure having a functional result.

Organizethe preparation of shipments and dispatch to different sites withinthe

country in accordance withinstructions.

Dispatches of equipment withmanagement of status and escalation in the event of

a problem

Management of orders forconsumables from the client request to the dispatch of

products including organization of transport

Ensure that all documents concerning dispatches aregenerated (supported by the

LogisticsCoordinator)

Compliance with SICPA internalrules and policies as well as with local regulations

concerning security safety transport or any otherregulations related to the

function.

Optimization of costs

PROFILE:

Extensive knowledge of stockmanagement and dispatch processes combined with

intensive use of an ERP

Demonstratedexperience of operational activities in logistics and if possible

purchasing order management ordistribution

Acrosstheboard vision andunderstanding of logistics activities.

Provenexperience in an international and multidisciplinaryenvironment

Ability to remain focused in anorganization subject to external interventions.

Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
