Your journey starts here.ABOUT THE ROLEKindly bear in mind, the role is temporarily remote till Spring 2026, after which you'll be expected to work onsite from our Ras Al-Khaimah office.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGVendor Management: Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure terms that are favorable for the company.Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with vendors, ensuring contract terms meet the company's needs and deliver value.Sourcing and Purchasing: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requesting quotes, evaluating bids, and issuing purchase orders.Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, legal standards, and industry best practices.Budget and Cost Control: Monitor and optimize procurement spending, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines.Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery process, ensuring goods and services are received on time and meet quality standards.Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (finance, operations, etc.) to understand their procurement needs and provide tailored supportReporting: Maintain detailed records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance, and generate reports as needed.WHAT WE ASK OF YOUQualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.Experience in the media, entertainment, or tech industry is a plus.Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in managing supplier relationships.Familiarity with procurement software and systems.Skills and Competencies:Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate cost-saving opportunities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).WHAT WE OFFER IN EXCHANGEA detailed company training on highest standards;A chance to work in friendly and supportive culture;Tremendous growth opportunities in a large fast moving international company;Grow with ARRISE Learning Hub-personalized learning, gamified growth, and endless career development at your fingertips.
