Operates and maintains Building ManagementSystem (BMS) for proper function and monitors the DCIM againstapproved benchmarks to include; HVAC, Lighting, Fire Suppression,Generator, Plumbing, and Electrical

Carry outroutine checks for correct operation of all control equipment asdirected by Facility Engineer

Monitor theoperation of the HVAC control systems using the BMS/DCIM to monitorperformance.

Adjust variables and provideadjustment as required to ensure systems are operating correctlywithin parameters.

Monitor and record valuesof HVAC systems to build up a database of records to provide datafor energy efficiency improvement.

Communicateall maintenance and repair actions in writing for information tomanagement as required.

Should follow theProtocols if any unexpected technical difficulties and otherproblems that may arise at any time.

Monitorsand verifies operation of all BMS/DCIM fielddevices.

Adjusts BMS settings and parametersto meet changing conditions, i.e., Load, Environmental, Customerneeds, etc.

Records maintenance data andgenerates reports as needed.

Maintains jobcard documentation for all Alarms or changes to systems and/orequipment.

Monitors of fire detection alarmsystem, such as smoke detector, heat detector, sprinkler, andemergency exit, in coordination with SafetyFunction.

Monitors of Water tank supply levelalarm, air handling unit, fresh air handlingunit.

Monitors and controls the Fire pumpsystem, motors, sewage pump, electrical system, water system in theData Center building.

Performs miscellaneoustasks as assigned by his FacilityEngineer

Daily checking healthiness of allfacilities equipment's and keeping daily logs and recordsof all maintenance functions.

Create the Jobcards in CAFM (FSI) Mobile App as per Site requirements and closethe Job cards which Engineerassigns.

Responding promptly and efficientlyto emergencies calls.

Review and understandequipment and methods of operation, Electrical systems, ELV system,fire/life safety, and other systems.

Complywith all safety procedures andrequirements

Support any afterhours buildingneeds and activities as required

Attendtraining sessions and seminars.

Other assignedtasks as requested.

SkillsRequired:

Working knowledge of Electrical& ELV systems including secondary distribution, HVAC Systeminterior systems

Ability to read CAD Drawings,single-line diagrams, and rough shopdrawings

Possess strong knowledge in multipleskilled trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing,etc)

Requires ability to analyse the operationof various infrastructure systems, determine the cause ofproblems/malfunctions, and take corrective actions asrequired

Trained and experienced in BMS/DCIMoperation.

Vigilant with attention fordetail.

Excellent computer operationskills.
