Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage the Inclusion Department: Ensure high-quality provision for students.
  • Strategic Planning: Enhance support for students with diverse learning needs.
  • Program Development: Engage students who have faced challenges in mainstream education.
  • Quality Assurance: Deliver enriching programs for holistic student development.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous growth.
  • Inspire and Motivate: Engage disengaged learners.
  • Standard Setting: Maintain high departmental standards.
  • Pastoral Leadership: Support students with behavioral and emotional needs.
  • Assessment and Intervention: Identify learning barriers and implement effective interventions.
  • Curriculum Innovation: Integrate alternative frameworks for diverse learners.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Technology Integration: Utilize learning technologies for inclusive education.
  • Departmental Leadership: Drive innovation in inclusive education.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate and enhance team effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in education or related field.
  • 5+ years experience with the National Curriculum for England.
  • Understanding of the Inclusion framework from KHDA.
  • 3+ years experience in an inclusion leadership role.
  • Proficiency in managing Individual Education Plans and ensuring compliance.
  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Track record of delivering outstanding academic results.
