What you'll be doing

Chalhoub is all about excellence. As a Fashion Consultant, your role involves achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting CRM and CX implementations, and contributing to various customer and employee initiatives within the store.

  • Collect data on customer behavior and product performance
  • Develop client relationships across different channels
  • Offer feedback on product selection
  • Enhance employee experience and culture
  • Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and SOPs
  • Manage click and collect services within agreed SLAs
  • Capture customer data as per marketing requirements
  • Promote loyalty programs and stay updated on app offerings
  • Support marketing events and activations
  • Stay informed about brand social media activities
  • Drive sales within the store
  • Contribute to CX initiatives
  • Provide feedback on store performance

What you'll need to succeed

  • Dynamic and engaging personality
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Arabic or Russian
