Senior Political Risk and Structured Credit Broker MENAWhat can you expect:
As a Political Risk and Structured Credit Broker, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients regarding political risk and structured credit insurance products. You will play a crucial role in identifying, analysing, and mitigating risks associated with political events and credit exposures, helping clients navigate complex international markets and exposures, as well as structuring and placing such risks with the global insurance market.

We will rely on you to:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Initiate new business and cross selling opportunities through referrals, networking, and cross selling across Marsh regional offices.
- Support the business in strategy development and execution to originate and develop PRSC opportunities across MENA.
CLIENT MANAGEMENT
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on political risk and structured credit insurance solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives.
- Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and client's retention as per Marsh global standards
- Support Client Executives on client servicing including Trainings, Workshops and closely work with credit and finance team on policy operations.
BROKING
- Identify suitable insurance products and negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers.
- End to end client led broking (Lloyd's, company markets and multilaterals) including placement structuring, wording negotiations and policy management and claims handling (where applicable).
- Collaborate with underwriters to secure competitive coverage and favorable terms for clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the insurance placement process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, risk assessments, and insurance placements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Insurance Industry.
- Strong communication skills with a knack for building and closing relationships.
- Strategic thinker with excellent multitasking abilities.
- In-depth understanding of the Insurance industry
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
