Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing and implementing Digital products, solutions and implementation roadmaps for our clientsAdd value to our clients by helping them address complex issues, deliver sustainable results and demonstrate real impactTake accountability for your role on projects, take necessary action to ensure your performance remains on trackBe proactive in escalating any issues or concerns to the senior management team on your projectSupport on data analysis and slide development, to present to clientsIntroduce change and manage clients expectations across the full hierarchy from top management to blue collar rolesAble to shift quickly from one complex situation to another when working on multifaceted projectsAble to align with project sponsors and cross-functional teams regarding outcomes, decisions, targets etc. across all levels within a clients organizationSupport the advancement of Clients Digital capabilities
Required Skills
Minimum of 2+ years of related experience, preferably in a Management Consultancy or related fieldFluent command of English and Arabic is requiredPrevious experience in a client facing role would be advantageousAnalytical thinking and structured problem-solving skillsHands-on experience in ETL and have worked with SQL, data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik is a plusKnowledge in IT architectures and emerging technologies like AI, RPA, IoT and Cloud SolutionsExperience with SAP and Oracle is also a plusHigh level of commitment, perseverance, and ability to work under pressure and long hoursProfessional demeanor when dealing with clientsWillingness to travel extensively, mainly within Saudi Arabia
