We are currently looking for a skilled finance professional to join our Finance Shared Service Center in the role of Accountant – O2C.
Overview of the Position:
To assist various AF businesses with Order 2 Cash functions, focusing on tasks such as posting customer receipts, handling credit notes, maintaining the sales ledger, and relevant reporting. The role involves driving efficient processes, systems, and governance for FSSC-O2C operations, ensuring timely service delivery in accordance with SLAs and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance governance and controls for Order to Cash procedures including payment receipting and allocation, credit/debit note management, and accounts receivable.
- Manage Accounting of Payments Received from Customers.
- Coordinate Sales Orders and Handle Credit/Debit Notes.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable.
- Liaise with internal departments to maintain service delivery within agreed timelines and SLAs.
- Contribute to process enhancements, automation efforts, and standardization for continuous improvement in FSSC-O2C operations.
Key Qualifications for Success:
- Proficiency in SAP is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Capability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications for the Role:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or similar field.
- At least 5 years of accounting experience.
