Overview of the Role

The Solution Expert SAP Retail SD/E-commerce will lead the design and implementation of optimal business processes in a SAP environment to meet customer requirements efficiently. This role involves various activities such as defining new scope & requirements, troubleshooting, testing, and ongoing support.

What You Will Do


- Application Management: Responsible for managing, troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining SAP solutions.

- Develop system change specifications, update documentation, collaborate with software providers, and ensure adherence to IT policies and security standards.

- Solution Delivery: Work with implementation teams to design, test, and roll out solutions. Ensure compliance with development standards and deliver projects within specified timelines and budgets.

- Other Key Responsibilities: Engage with IT managers and stakeholders, contribute to enhancing business processes, and continuously enhance professional knowledge and skills through ongoing learning.

Required Skills to Be Successful


- SAP solution design

- Profound SAP functional expertise, consulting abilities

- Strong grasp of business processes, and proficiency in SAP tools and technologies

- Hands-on Experience in ECC6 & S/4 HANA SD module – OTC, Returns, Sales order, Third Party, Consignment, Pricing, Master data, Business Partner, Contract Settlement, Condition Contracts, Credit Management, Pricing Procedure, Outputs, BRF+ and Fiori application.

- Inclusive of configuration for POS Outbound/Inbound Profile, Sales Per Receipt/Aggregated Sales posting, Assortment List, Promotions and Bonus Buys.

What Equips You for the Role


- Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field

- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in SAP IS Retail

- Expertise in SAP IS Retail and ECC6 & S/4 HANA SD modules

- Proficiency in POS configuration, SAP-POS Integration, and E-commerce Omni channel integration

- SAP Certification on IS Retail /S4 HANA

- Experience in Retail/Electronics/Fashion sectors

- Knowledge of EDI Interfaces, SAP Customer Service, SAP Fiori Applications, and SAP E-Invoice

- Sound understanding of business processes and functional aspects in large-scale/global SAP implementations
