About the Role:

  • The Store Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of a section, ensuring that stock, displays, and service standards are consistently met.

Core Responsibility:

  • Supporting store operations to achieve annual sales targets and maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Conducting store operations audits to ensure compliance with standard policies.
  • Overseeing after-sales processes and addressing customer needs promptly to uphold exceptional service.
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards, promotions, and pricing accuracy as per company guidelines.
  • Analyzing sales reports to provide insights for maximizing stock potential and reporting on collection performance.
  • Handling daily invoices, sales recaps, cash, inventory, and record-keeping in line with company procedures.
  • Ensuring loss prevention standards, cash handling compliance, and managing inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintaining store cleanliness and appearance to meet company and brand standards.
  • Leading the team in adhering to standard operating procedures and store appearance guidelines.
  • Performing cashier duties as needed.
