What We Expect from You in this Role:

Exemplary Customer Service:
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, complying with Marriott International standards.
  • Efficiently assign personnel to address guest needs.
Thorough Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed records of guest requests, including guest details, issues, resolutions, and any follow-up actions taken.
Proficiency in Systems:
  • Demonstrate expertise in OPERA, GXP, AVAYA, Open Table, and related platforms.
Proactive Mindset:
  • Represent Marriott professionally, maintain a positive demeanor, and facilitate seamless shift handovers.
  • Manage wake-up calls and log necessary information for the next shift.
Reservation Oversight and Coordination:
  • Accurately handle Open Table reservations, verifying special occasions and addressing customer queries.
  • Follow reservation protocols, confirm bookings, and organize reservations for special events.
