SAP Testing Associate Consultant

SAP Skills

  • 12 years of experience in one or more SAP modules.
  • Technical background and an understanding of the SAP Application Systems.
  • Stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and Bug Life Cycle.
  • Strong experience on any Test Management and Defect Management tools (preferably HP-ALM or JIRA or BugZilla) is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of Software QA Methodologies, Tools and Processes is mandatory.
  • Arabic speaking in mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Write test documentation and performing test execution in a fastpaced environment.
  • Develop, Update and Maintain Test Suites, Test Cases, Test Data.
  • Map test cases with requirements, generate RTM and test results using tools such as HP ALM/Quality Center.
  • Ability to use Service Marketplace to create tickets, research notes and review release notes.
  • Prepares & executes test cases and test data.
  • Achieves organization testing metrics such as productivity, defect removal efficiency.

  • Aptitude for working in a team environment: problem solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff.
  • Learns or understands the consulting "soft" skills on engagements, as well as with team collaborative initiatives.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with others clearly and concisely.
  • Strong presentation skills.

Business Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Understands business processes for focus area or SAP module.
  • Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Selfstarter with ability to manage the schedule, project requirements/assignments and training in order to meet LSI Grow milestones.

General Skills/Tasks

  • Assists the project team with documenting the developing solutions for client situations.
  • Contribute to preparing/ developing solution documentation for projects.
  • Completes assignments on time, meet project deadlines and maintain commitments to the team.
  • Understands and meets billing efficiency targets, complying with all administrative responsibilities in a timely & effective manner.
  • Apprises manager of workload direction and concerns.
  • Learn to analyze and develop reliable solutions which produce efficient and effective outcomes.
  • Develops a deeper understanding of SAP methodologies, tools, standards and techniques.
  • Assists with project documentation, and demonstrate effective organizational skills, with mínimal supervision.
  • Learn quality standards and correctly prioritize own activities in accordance with project plan.
  • Provide project team and LSI leaders with updates on the progress and difficulties encountered and provide valueadded insight and understanding for future program development.
  • Demonstrates the ability to accomplish project assignments resulting in quality service.
