THE SAP YOUNG PROFESSIONALS PROGRAM
The SAP Young Professionals Program is an unpaid initiative provided by the Digital Skills Center of SAP. Lasting for 2 months, the program aims to equip recent graduates with the necessary certifications and interpersonal skills to kickstart a career as an SAP Associate Consultant.

Upon completion of the training, SAP will collaborate closely with program graduates to connect them with various prospects at SAP customers and partners for roles as an SAP Consultant.


SAP CONSULTANTS
The role of an SAP Consultant encompasses two main functions: Functional and Technical.

The consultant is involved in blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phases of an S/4 HANA project. They offer expertise in business processes, functional aspects, and project guidance to clients to ensure that their investment in SAP software and consulting services enhances their business operations.

Moreover, the Consultant is accountable for upholding high customer satisfaction in all accounts, as well as nurturing and expanding referenceable customers through analysis, consulting, coaching, knowledge transfer, and relationship-building efforts.


CERTIFICATE DETAILS:
SAP S/4HANA Cloud is a comprehensive enterprise resource planning (ERP) system integrated with intelligent technologies such as AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics.

It enables companies to adopt new business models, manage business transformations quickly, coordinate internal and external resources, and leverage the predictive capabilities of AI.

PRIVILEGES OF THE POSITION:
Initiate your journey towards becoming an SAP Consultant;
Acquire globally recognized associate-level SAP Certifications;
Receive direct guidance from SAP experts;
Engage in classroom and workshop-based training on SAP Technologies;
Enhance soft skills crucial for successful job applications;
Access introductions to job prospects within the SAP Ecosystem to facilitate job placement post-training. Kindly note this program does not guarantee employment upon completion.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS:
Applicants must possess the legal right to work in Jordan.
Those applying should currently be unemployed or engaged in a part-time/non-permanent role unrelated to their career aspirations;
Minimum educational requirement is a Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or Engineering.

Ideally, candidates should have graduated within the past 3 years with a GPA in the top quartile – documentation may be requested as evidence.

Candidates must exhibit a keen interest in commencing an SAP-related profession involving travel;
Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory for candidates;

The program is set to commence by mid-August 2024, and full-time dedication from 9 am to 6 pm from Sunday to Thursday throughout the training duration is essential.

The training program spans 2 months.
This training will be conducted online in a virtual live classroom format. Ensure that you have a robust home internet connection to participate in the program.
