Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a highperforming team of sales representatives.
  • Set clear sales targets and objectives for the team, monitoring performance and providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on.
  • Analyze sales data and market insights to drive informed decisionmaking.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Personally engage in sales activities to acquire new clients and generate revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service delivery, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the insurance sector.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop and refine insurance products and services based on market demands.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in insurance sales, with at least 5 of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market dynamics in the UAE.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
