Responsibilities:

  • Maximising sales and profitability throughout product life cycle
  • Monthly market reporting for health care and beauty product
  • Define the product range and contribute to the product specifications, notably: functionality, features and usability
  • Analyse the complete market opportunity for the product
  • Develop promotions and product services to encourage the growth of the customer base To develop the proposition to suit new markets
  • Defines the marketing mix appropriate to product / channel & sets the sales plan & process for product / channel
  • Leads communications with clients regarding product
  • Builds case for product revision / relaunch
  • Monitor and report on customer usage behaviour, from service take up, ongoing usage and churn drivers
  • Communicate and build relationships with key external and internal parties, including the executive team and external suppliers.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5-7 years' experience in B2B/B2C Sales, Marketing (Consumer Electronics, Small Appliances)
  • Experience of mass marketing to consumers / small businesses
  • High commercial understanding of product development
  • Able to formulate plans and persuade others to support such plans
  • Monthly sales achievement control
  • High level of motivation and target driven
  • Well versed in MS Office Software (Excel, PPT)
