As a Sales Cum Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in Dubai and beyond.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional sales results.

This role requires a proactive and results-driven approach, combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to clients.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitors, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Collage certificate or its equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the travel or document clearing services industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and procedures related to visas and business setup in Dubai is a plus.
  • UAE driving license and own transportation preferred.
