Job Title:
Sales Executive - Smart Automation


Location:
Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE market, including prospecting and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decisionmakers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Understand client needs and challenges, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our smart automation solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring winwin outcomes for both parties.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in selling technology or automation solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE market, including key industries, competitors, and business practices.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the UAE as needed.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
