Role


The incumbent of this role will be responsible for driving the success of G42 Cloud's product management, user management, billing and accounting, contract and business operations.

Your role will involve analysing marketing scenarios, identifying requirements, and developing business architectures and solutions aligned with the value stream.

You will collaborate with various departments to streamline processes, ensure system integration, and support G42 Cloud's compliance and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of G42 Cloud's product management, user management, billing and accounting, contract and business operations to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement business processes and rules that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of G42 Cloud services.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, service, solution, finance, legal, tax, procurement, and other departments to streamline endtoend processes and achieve system and data integration.
  • Analyse marketing scenarios, leads, opportunities, customers, contracts, and business requirements to provide insights and develop business architectures and solutions.
  • Continuously optimize the product experience by identifying and implementing improvements based on user feedback and market trends.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to define and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Support G42 Cloud's compliance efforts by adhering to industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies.
  • Create Product Backlog, User stories, Acceptance Criteria's, Product Positioning, Use cases, Business Requirement Document, Requirement traceability matrix (RTM), FRS, SRS and Business Cases
  • Evaluate, analyse, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
  • Lead the implementation of platform requirements, ensuring successful delivery and seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Qualifications:

To qualify, you must have

  • 3 years or above working experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the cloud computing or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of cloudbased services, product management, and business operations.
  • Proficiency in business process modelling, requirement gathering, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detailoriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to cloud computing is desirable.

Ideally, you will also need

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science, or any filed in business school.
  • Basic knowledge of business domains such as marketing, sales, service, product management, financial accounting, and user experience. Familiarity with key concepts and practices in these areas is essential.
  • Understanding of enterprise 4A architecture, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Support Systems (BSS). Knowledge of these IT systems will enable effective analysis and integration of business processes.
  • Experience in cloud servicerelated products, marketing, sales, service, and finance business domains
