JOB PURPOSE & SCOPE:
1.
Supervises the activities of the production laboratory staff and provides support to the field operations on laboratory analysis and chemical treatments.2.
Responsible for yearly laboratory OPEX/CAPEX budgets and expenditure control.3.Monitors, reviews and analyses ongoing work programs and set the work priorities in order to optimize manpower utilization, work methodology and efficient interpretation of field data in liaison with line supervisors.4.
Maximizes laboratory resources, staff and equipment utilization according to the established protocol to ensure excellence of services to all customers.5.
Tabulates and analyzes results and provides information to the Technical Support Manager and field production Operations regarding performance measurement.6.Plans laboratory schedules effectively to meet deadlines, supervises, trains and motivates laboratory staff and have the ability to assess data as the work progresses.
REMUNERATION:
An attractive remuneration will be negotiated with the successful candidates and will be in line with a competitive industry standard.
