Responsible for the safe and efficient running of a mep plant. This includes ensuring all machines are in running order and that personnel are adhering to safety protocols. In addition, the mep supervisor will be responsible for maintaining records of plant operations.

Responsible for supervising, training, mentoring and managing a team of mep technicians. The supervisor provides direction and leadership to ensure the team is performing their job responsibilities effectively. The supervisor is also responsible for assuring the quality of work done by the team and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsible for the overall operation of a manufacturing environment, including the supervision of personnel and the effective and efficient operation of equipment.

Responsible for the overall operation of a mechanical engineering department. This may include leading and managing a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring the department meets all required quality standards. The mep supervisor may also be responsible for ensuring the department is compliant with industry and regulatory standards.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with all safety and production guidelines. This position also provides leadership and mentorship to team members and oversees departmental budgets.
