Regional Director of Sales – Dubai | Fenergo DubaiThe ideal candidate will be highly energised, assertive and work in an extremely effective and collaborative manner.

You will work in collaboration with various Fenergo practice leads and sales team to support and coordinate win-win partner programs, sales processes, go-to-market strategies, and business development initiatives that drive revenue growth and market expansion for the organisation.

Regional Director of Sales – Dubai | Fenergo Dubai | Apply NowMain Responsibilities:

Creating or accelerating new businessMeets or exceeds sales/revenue objectives through new client growth to support overall company growth goalsCompletes sales cycle responsibility, including lead generation, qualification, and overall pipeline management and developmentDevelops and executes a structured prospecting plan to target mid-large companies across industry verticals, selling software solutions and consulting services to C Level Executives, Management Teams, and end usersResponds to RFI's & RFP's to accurately represent the companyDevelops effective relationships with key decision makers within the customer or prospect's organization to sell client the best product and service to close the gaps and improve costsParticipates in general sales strategy meetings to ensure a collaborative and consistent messageJointly create and support long-term business plans with new and existing partners that will result in mutual value creationNegotiate legal and financial agreements, such as NDA's & MSA's, etcBuild and manage strategic relationships with operational and executive staff or prospects to ensure the highest levels of efficient operational interactionAlignment of opportunities with strategic alliances and sales organizationUse existing relationships within the partner organization to develop deep and trusted advisory relationships and net-new deal leads generationAuthor and produce competitive sales tools in the form of presentations, briefs, white papers and web site content to support Fenergo' s solution within the partner's offeringRequirementsRequired Experience & SkillsHave experience scaling a sales team in a high growth environment and have a proven track record of attracting, recruiting, leading, and developing high performing sales professionalsBe a highly capable sales professional, having sold to and led Software as a Service (SaaS) sales teams in the financial services sector.

Act with high levels of autonomy and accountability, and be a role model for positive, authentic, and collaborative culture for your teamUnderstand the importance of a consistent sales process and have a professional approach to pipeline management, reporting and forecasting.

Work collaboratively with our GTM strategy and sales operations teams to define and execute on strategies for growth in new verticals and geographies as Fenergo scales across our DACH region3 years of demonstrated experience working for a fast growing software company is required, with a consistent track recordExperience in implementing Sales process improvement programsExceptional communication skills and relationship building skills with demonstrated success in working with C-level executives and building relationships across levels in partner organizationsClarity of thought and entrepreneurial skills to develop new go-to market strategiesAbility to present competently and confidently at various levels in an organizationPractical problem solving capabilities with ability to create buy-in, both internally and externally, to overcome potential hurdles in adoption of successful thriving sales channelsExceptional written and oral communications skills including compelling presentation skillsAbility to develop strong partnerships and a collaborative, team environment within and across functional organizationsStrong sense of ownership for resultsTeam player with great attitude with desire to be a key player on a strong teamDynamic interpersonal skills are a critical success factor for this role, including: assertiveness, impactful communication style with ability to influence actions/business decisions, high energy level with a bias for action, high credibility/respect from colleagues, and an enthusiastic attitudeBelieves that work should be fun, challenging and a rewarding experienceDon't miss out on this exciting opportunity – apply now at
