  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering memorable shopping experiences.
  • Knowledge of jewellery materials, gemstones, and craftsmanship preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Detailoriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in pointofsale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. Additional education or training in retail, sales, or jewellery-related fields is a plus.

Physical Requirements:


This role involves standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying moderately heavy objects, and performing tasks that require manual dexterity.


Working Conditions:

The job is primarily indoors within a retail store environment. It may involve occasional exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels.
