Odoo Functional and System Training Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Odoo system customization.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with company processes and workflows.
- Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the Odoo system.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on effective utilization of the Odoo system.
- Provide ongoing user support, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to system usage.
- Create and maintain comprehensive training materials, documentation, and user guides.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of Odoo with other systems.
- Collaborate with developers to identify and implement customizations when necessary.
- Configure and generate reports and dashboards within the Odoo system to meet reporting needs.
- Stay uptodate with Odoo updates, new features, and industry best practices.
- Assist in system upgrades and ensure compatibility of customizations and modules.
- Continuously evaluate system performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and user experience.
- Train Staff on best practice of use.
- Strong Speaker and Communication skills.
- Troubleshoot errors and issues faced by users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes across different functional areas.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Odoo modules to meet business requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in conducting user training sessions and creating training materials.
- Problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
- Familiarity with ERP concepts and systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience with Odoo implementations and upgrades is a bonus.
