About the Role:

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is in search of a proficient and seasoned Lead Odoo Solutions Architect to become a vital member of their innovative team. In this essential position, you will be instrumental in tailoring and enhancing Odoo capabilities to fulfill our unique business requirements. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, project coordinators, and fellow developers to conceptualize, create, test, and launch customized Odoo modules and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and validate bespoke Odoo modules across various functionalities, including CRM, Estimation, Projects, Budgeting, Material Requisition, Purchase Requisition, and Stock Management.
  • Produce detailed reports in PDF and Excel formats to deliver insightful perspectives on business operations.
  • Engage actively in all stages of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), encompassing requirements gathering, technical analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Work collaboratively with business analysts and project coordinators to comprehend business needs and translate them into functional Odoo solutions.
  • Create and maintain well-documented, secure, and efficient Odoo code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex Odoo challenges to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Stay informed about the latest Odoo features and functionalities, continuously enhancing your technical expertise.
  • Contribute to the overall development and upkeep of a robust and scalable Odoo environment.
  • Document and disseminate knowledge among fellow developers within the team.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Odoo Developer with a strong record of successful project execution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Odoo versions 12 through 14, including a comprehensive understanding of core functionalities and customization capabilities.
  • Experience in developing custom modules for CRM, Estimation, Projects, Budgeting, Material Requisition, Purchase Requisition, and integrations.
  • Proficient in Python programming and Odoo API development.
  • Strong grasp of database concepts (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and SQL queries.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile SDLC methodologies.
  • Experience in generating reports using Odoo reporting tools or external libraries (highly desirable).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
