Job PurposeResponsible for ATM & Self-Service Channel network for UAE., Qatar & EgyptContribute to channel's revenue and customer migration.

Validate the newly Introduced new functionalities/ services on Self-Serve ChannelsKey Result AreasBuilding a comprehensive product proposition based on market research and trends to increase revenue & channel usage, reduce cost and customer migration towards ATM & Self-Serve channels.

Responsible to introducing new services, system development and channel performance.
Contribute to ATM channel budget planning and its optimum utilization in line with assigned targets.

Manage and negotiate with vendors for optimum pricing and services for purchased products and services availed to ensure maximum profitability.

Closely work with other stakeholders to ensure strict regulatory compliance.
Manage, track and report KPIs both from a business and service standpoint.

Ensure channel growth through product development and new acquisitions by educating and enticing customers to shift to an automated banking, ultimately reducing traffic at teller counters in branches.

Identification of key offsite locations including running corporate alliances for provisioning of ATMs at strategic locations.
Work closely with other departments and Vendors to maximize ATM & Self-Serve Channels network uptime.
Ensure optimum ATM security without affecting customer convenience.
Work with finance and IT to ensure appropriate cost / profit center setups for transparent business unit reporting.
Publish daily, weekly & monthly reports for the channel. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of MIS.Negotiations with landlords and vendors for rent / cost reduction.

Preparation of ATM installation proposals covering details like market research, demographic, strategic, cost, expected revenue, targeted customers, branding opportunities etc.

Responsible for end to end Installation process of offsite and onsite ATMs including coordination with concern stakeholders in arranging internal approvals, Central Bank approval, IDs and GLs creation, router and network configuration, ATM configuration, Police / landlords approvals, ATM delivery, ATM installation civil work and branding, NVR & Camera Installation, conduct test transactions, hand over the ATM to CIT / custodian, arranging insurance and contracts and coordinating with Admin team on processing rental payments.

Monitoring and removal / relocation of non-performing offsite ATMs to ensure optimum ATM network.
Conducting UAT/Pilot for ATM related new functionalities / projects.benefits are aligned with the bank's brand strategy.
Timely submission of unit's RCSA, SOPs, OIR, MER, Policy & Processes.
Timely update of ATM Locators on both internal & external platforms.
Meet external vendors & review their service performance.
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments are done.
Submit provisions for the channel expenses.
Manage, track & update all hardware devices for the channel.
Perform & manage marketing related activities such customer communications through various channels.

Perform frequent inspections site visits to EBSUs, machines across UAE.Provide full support on other Adhoc activities on a day-to-day basis.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience5+ years of Banking experience and prior experience in similar role is added benefit.
Good understanding of the ATM & Self-Serve machines operations.
Excellent client-facing skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate thoughts and ideas to diverse audiences.
Excellent analytical skills.
Flexibility to commute across UAE to perform site surveys, production testing and general inspections.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office.
Solid organization skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
