Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prospect prequalified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
  • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are wellresearched
  • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales
  • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
  • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings
  • Negotiate contracts with buyer's agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
  • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate

Requirements:

  • Having 2+ years of work experience preferable from real estate background
  • Bilingual in English & Arabic
  • Willing to join on Immediate Basis
  • Must be present for Face To Face Interview

Salary:
Up to AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
