Position:
Sales Director for Primary Market*Salary:*10, AED per month*Commission:*- 10% override on team sales.- 25% on personal deal closures.*Bonuses:
  • Monthly hiring targets incentives.
  • Extra bonus for new joiners achieving their targets in the first three months.
### Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand categoryspecific landscapes and trends.
  • Directly manage and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly sales objectives.

### Requirements:

  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in a directorial position within a brokerage.
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and Clevel.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing clientfocused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
### Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to challenge and inspire the sales team.
  • High level of business acumen and market analysis skills.
  • Strong understanding of the brokerage industry and primary market trends.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Advanced problemsolving capabilities to deliver strategic solutions.
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
