Main products in charge of support:

  1. IOS/IOS-XE Router Series

The attractiveness of the position: You can acquire not only product knowledge but also protocol-level technical knowledge and in-depth troubleshooting skills. In solving customer problems, it is possible to improve both your technical and support skills by isolating issues through interviews, investigating and analyzing log files, traces, and packet captures, and by actually building a reproducible environment and performing various tests. An environment where you can work hard with various learning opportunities and experienced team engineer members.

Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of Linux server product technical support/system engineer experience
  2. Advanced troubleshooting experience with debugging and packet tracing
  3. Experience communicating with overseas engineers in English
  4. Product verification and support experience for network products such as Cisco Switch/Router
  5. Experience in operating and managing server environments using virtualization products such as VMware
  6. Basic knowledge of server OS (Redhat, Windows server, etc.)
  7. Basic knowledge of routers and Ethernet switches
  8. Ability to think logically to solve problems
  9. Ability to write business documents (external reports, etc.)
  10. CCIE or CCNP
  11. VMware VCP, VCAP holder or equivalent
  12. Redhat RHCE holder or equivalent
