Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Mobility Engineer to join our team at Trans Skills LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in achieving their initiatives in mobility management of first/last miles and short trips.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive frameworks for mobility management of first/last miles and short trips, ensuring seamless integration with client's existing policies and processes.
  • Collaborate with client entities to ensure effective implementation of mobility management plans, monitoring progress and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct international benchmarking and studies on transportation planning issues, developing and presenting solutions to enhance mobility management.
  • Prepare and present technical information and reports to various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation planning, urban design, or urban planning from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in multimodal transportation planning and urban design, with expertise in emerging modes of mobility for first/last mile and urban design plans.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders and resolve issues proactively.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Proficiency in using presentation and mapping software, with high degree of detail orientation.
