Job Responsibilities include:
- Secretarial Tasks:
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.o Screen and prioritise incoming communication on behalf of the CEO.
Personal Assistance
:

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO in both professional and personal matters.o Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure the CEO's time is optimised.

- House Management:
- Oversee the management and maintenance of CEO's residences.o Coordinate household staff, including hiring and supervision.o Manage household budgets, expenses and events.o Planning and executing tasks related to house management given by CEO.
- Office Administration:
- Oversee daytoday office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.o Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.o Browse and liaise with vendors and service providers.
Website management/App Development Manager

Collaborate with IT teams and external developers to ensure optimal functionality.

Social Media Management and content creation with the help of A.I.

Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the company's goals.

Create engaging content posts/videos for various platforms, monitor social media channels, and respond to inquiries.

Analyse social media metrics and provide regular reports to management.

- Business Registration and setup:
- Manage business registration and setup activities, including coordination with authorities and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for business operations.
- Basic Accountancy:
- Manage financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll through software like Tally.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and prepare financial reports for management.
- Collaborate with external auditors and assist in the budgeting process.
- Business Development:o Identify and pursue new business opportunities and associations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue.o Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry contacts.
Public Relations

Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company's reputation.

Create and maintain relationships with media/social-representatives.

Prepare press releases and coordinate media events if required.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in executive assistance, office administration, social media management, accounting, house management, business development, public relations, website/app development, and business setup.

- Excellent organisational and communication skills in English oral and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, additional skills social media management tools, and website/app development are preferred.
