The RoleWe are looking for an Engineer with interest in developing skills and experience within Integrated Logistic Support.

Your main TasksAs Integrated Logistic Support engineer you will participate during the entire product lifecycle, from development to phase out.

You will be working in different projects and together with colleagues, so personal characteristics are of high importance.

Life Cycle Cost analysisReliability, Availability and Maintainability analysisLogistics support analysisTechnical specification and user documentation of productsPlanning of ILS work through the life cycleOperator training and training materielSupport system specification, analysis, planning and implementationYour ExperienceYour experience and education may vary, but probably you have experience or education within:Qualifications in Logistics Engineering,
Electronics/Electrical

Engineering or equivalent on the job experienceExperience or knowledge in LSA and R&M analysis toolsExperience or knowledge in preparing ILS analyses, inputs and recommendations to obsolescence reportsPreferably understanding of the development and the relations between the various ILS elementsCOTS based logistics experienceExperience or understanding of ILS processes or Systems EngineeringMerits can be:Experience in Defence industry and its logistics practices and standardsMaintenance management systems and toolsFailure reporting, analysis and corrective actions systems and toolsConfiguration management and asset management systems and toolsDriver's licenseSkillsAnalysis, problem solving and trouble shootingInterpretation and breakdown of requirements and tasksVery good cooperation abilitySpecifications, design diagrams and descriptions as well as reportsGood ability to carry through your own and others' ideasYou must be able to express yourself in English, both oral and in writtenFor you to achieve good results, you should act commercially and professionally when in contact with both customers and suppliersAs a person, you are naturally curious and inspired by new challenges in cooperation with other colleagues.

A well-developed understanding and willingness to learn about different cultures is crucial in this multi-cultural environment.

It will require a lot of teamwork and a broad approach to be successful and skills will be developed over time.

This position requires that you undergo a security screening in accordance with the Saab internal processes.

What you will be a part ofSaab's strategy for growth includes building local business in selected markets, with focus on key customer countries.

You will become part of Saab Company, which operates in Tawazun Industrial Park, northeast of the Abu Dhabi city Centre.
