  • Experience networking among the real estate development, construction and design/architecture community in Dubai or other UAE based clients is a real plus.
  • At least 1 year experience in the UAE and a strong understanding of the UAE market with proven success in a competitive sales environment.

  • Providing exceptional customer service, Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fitout market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand clients' requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to create customized interior fitout proposals.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and potential business opportunities.
  • Identifying and prospecting potential customers, Research and target new clients, businesses, or industries to expand the company's customer base.
  • Building and maintaining relationships, establish strong rapport with existing clients and nurture longterm partnerships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals, skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable sales agreements and achieve sales targets.
  • Meeting sales targets, set and achieve sales goals, regularly monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to overcome challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi language.
  • Preferrable MBA, BBA, BBM qualification.
  • Both Male & Female can apply.
  • Previous experience in sales, contact center or customer support in Fitout fields.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to resolving visarelated challenges.
