As a Female Secretary, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Organizing and maintaining files, records, and other documents.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating calendars.
- Handling travel arrangements and accommodations for company executives.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Performing general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Welcoming visitors and providing them with assistance as needed.
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attractiveness, smartness, and a professional appearance are essential.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Immediate availability to join the company.
