As IT Business transition Program Manager some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for IT business transitions, including timelines, milestones, resources, interdependencies, milestones, critical path and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and lead crossfunctional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration between IT, business units, and external vendors.
  • Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Issue Management: where any issues arise, you will be expected to develop issue resolution plans to bring the project and plan back on track.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven industry knowledge and experience years) as a project manager, preferably in IT transition or business transformation projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments) are desirable.
